Parts Counter Person Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish
- Work collaboratively with the parts manager to locate parts not in stock
- Complete special order part requests for customers
- Communicate clearly with customers about parts status
- Maintain friendly and professional communication with customers and staff
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Understand and comply with federal, state and local automotive regulations
