What do we here at Riley Ford Inc appreciate the 2017 Explorer, our esteemed American automaker's full-size SUV?

Admittedly ... everything. It's quite clear that Ford served up a stunner with this one.

And you're sure to see just what we mean upon scoping the clip below. Join the good folks at MotorWeek for a closer look at the latest Explorer:

There is absolutely no denying the Explorer's entry-level drivetrain, a 3.5-liter V6.

Mating to a six-speed automatic gearbox, the base V6 generates a stout 290 horsepower and 255 pound-feet of torque. Additionally, it's available with your selection of either front- or all-wheel drive.

We'd note that especially frugal when had in front-drive form; so equipped, the Explorer will return a respectable 20 mpg combined (17 city/24 highway).

If you'd like to learn more about this beautiful beast, or wish to get behind the wheel of one, we encourage you to drop by our Chazy, NY dealership. Our automotive aficionados are ready to answer your every question about the Explorer, or any other Ford model within the present portfolio.
